This is not your normal cheese cake it’s more cake-like. Even folks who don’t care for normal cheesecake will love this version. It’s easy to make and to die for good ... very rich and very good!
Combine ingredients to form a dough. Line the sides and bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with the dough.
Combine ingredients and pour into the dough lined pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
When cake has completely cooled, add topping.
Possibilities include:

| Topping: | Use a large amount of canned, glazed pie cherries or whole mint chocolate chips or drizzle on melted white chocolate |
| Cake Mix Flavor: | Lemon |
| Topping: | Make a sweet / tart white glaze or use lemon pudding |
| Cake Mix Flavor: | Strawberry |
| Topping: | Fresh strawberries and glaze or chocolate pudding |
| Cake Mix Flavor: | White |
| Topping: | I made it once with a rum sauce on top and blueberries that had soaked in vodka in the cheese filling. |
