Chili Cheese Stuff
Another of my one pot dishes, the name says it all.
Great as a make ahead camping dish, especially if you seal it into boil-in bags.

Ingredients:
2 cans Hormel™ chili (no beans)
2 to 3 large Russet Potatoes
1 Medium to Large Brown Onion
1 to 2 cups grated Cheese (I use Sharp Cheddar) to taste
Recipe:
- Chop the potatoes and onions into bite sized pieces.
- Add the chili, potatoes, and onions to a pot and simmer until potatoes reach your level of doneness.
- Add the cheese and stir it in.
- Serve.
If you like it hot, use Hormel™ Hot Chili or have your favorite hot sauce handy.
