Another of my one pot dishes, the name says it all. Great as a make ahead camping dish, especially if you seal it into boil-in bags.
2 cans Hormel™ chili (no beans)
2 to 3 large Russet Potatoes
1 Medium to Large Brown Onion
1 to 2 cups grated Cheese (I use Sharp Cheddar) to taste
If you like it hot, use Hormel™ Hot Chili or have your favorite hot sauce handy.
