The surprise is that there is no pasta ... sorry, it's my silly sense of humor!

It's a yummy one pot dish, great as a make ahead camping dish, especially if you seal it into boil-in bags.

Ingredients:

1 large jar Spaghetti sauce
2 pounds Hamburger
3 to 4 large Russet Potatoes
1 Medium to Large Brown Onion

Recipe:

• Chop the onions into bite sized pieces.
• Brown the hamburger in bite size pieces or smaller.
• Add sauce, hamburger (INCLUDING the grease from the frying pan), and the onion to a pot and simmer for 45 minutes.
• Chop the potatoes into bite sized pieces.
• Add the potatoes and simmer for another 15 to 30 minutes, until the potatoes are done.
• Serve -- Makes enough to serve a group, or reheats well for leftovers.
