Harvard Beets
My mom's version of this recipe. I love them with hamburger patties and German Fries, or
anything that you can slop the beet juice on or dredge through the beet juice!

Ingredients:
- I can diced or Shoestring beets
- 1 ½ Tbs corn starch
- 1/8 cup water
- 3 Tbs sugar
- ¼ cups vinegar
- 1 ½ Tbs melted butter
Recipe:
- Drain beets, retaining liquid.
- Combine everything except the beets in a sauce pan.
- Cook until smooth.
- Add beets and cook until jellied.
- Serve.
