Weird, sweet, and wonderful!

You can't tell it's potatoes, it's a sweet candy we enjoyed as kids!

Note: Just plain old mashed potatoes, nothing fancy.

Ingredients:

      ½ cup mashed potatoes
      1 lb confectioner’s sugar
      ½ cup peanut butter

Preparation:

Mix warm mashed potatoes and sugar, roll out in an oblong shape and spread with peanut butter.

Roll up like a jelly roll and cut into slices.
